To respond to an inquiry, the site stores the name, phone number, preferences and selected items you provide. Opening Telegram or WhatsApp passes the prepared message to that service; you confirm sending it. When the AI consultant is connected, messages and catalog context are processed by the AI provider. A tailoring request includes your name, phone and preferences, and optionally your city, preferred date and measurements. Measurements are used by the atelier to discuss fit and tailoring and are not published in the catalog. A parent or legal guardian submits a child’s request with separate consent. Measurements can be agreed with a maker later.
